SHIPPING POLICY 

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork,etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".  The standard shipping time is 14-28 business days.  All packages have specific tracking information. You may request a tracking number by emailing info@binkandbougie.com.

We have several warehouses worldwide, and not all items are stored in the same place. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped out separately and arrive in separate packages. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass on to you, our customer. Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 10-15 days.

We are also an environmentally friendly enterprise trying to use as little packaging as possible while still ensuring good protection for your orders, so your package may not be pretty, but what is inside will be!

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

 

RETURN POLICY 

* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

* Only exchanges & you must contact us via email to confirm exchange

* Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.

* All items being exchanged must be in the original condition. 

* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange.

* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 

* Items returned after 14 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 

* NO EXCEPTIONS. 

* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

PRICING

All prices listed are in US dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. In order to determine an estimated exchange rate for your currency, we recommend using an online currency converter.
